1. Script language: English or Chinese 2. Submit a story synopsis (300 words or less) when registering, please submit the complete script before the deadline. 3. The format: Scripts should be written in standard spec screenplay or teleplay format, set in 12-point Courier font. please indicate your name and contact information at the end of your scripts. 4. Scripts must be the original work of the author(s) and the date of submission must be wholly owned and controlled by the author(s). If a script has been sold, is currently under option, is being produced, or is in any other way encumbered by a third party on the date of submission, the script is not eligible for an award. If a script is optioned, sold, or produced after it has been entered, it will remain eligible in this year’s contest. 5. The registration time starts on September 17, 2020, and the deadline is January 31, 2021. The winners&Nominees will be selected and announced before March 01, 2021. 6. Our Jury Committee will issue a notice to the winners. If no one confirms receiving the award within two weeks after the notice is issued, it will be deemed to be automatically abandoned. 7. If some rules are changed, we will announce all changes to candidates. If the candidate does not accept the revised terms, he/she has the right to drop out. If the candidate has not notified us to drop out within seven working days of the announcement, the candidate will be deemed to accept all changes. 8. The Athena Awards committee reserves the right to interpret the competition specifications and terms. 9. Only entries with completed entry form and entry fee will be accepted. And there is no refund of entry fees.
